Hi, friends!

My name is Sydnee Sisk! I am currently en route to completing my BFA in Musical Theatre at the Conservatory for the Performing Arts at Stephens College in May of 2025. My journey in this crazy fascinating industry has begun with an incredible mix of hard work, discovery, and joy while being mentored by several notable actors/writers/directors/choreographers themselves at The Conservatory. Growing up, I was always drawn to the magic of performance—how it can make you laugh, cry, and sometimes even see the world a little differently. (Yes Hannah Montana is what sparked my passion–no I am not ashamed) Over the years of figuring out where I fit in this puzzle piece of an industry, I’ve fallen in love with every part of the process, whether it’s a weekend dance rehearsal, a 24 page character dossier, taking an hour to get the right lighting for a shot, or collaborating with a team to bring a production to life, I’m there and I am ready to do my best work and bring my talents to help contribute to the collective.

For me, theatre is about so much more than just being on stage. It’s about connection—making someone in the audience feel something real, something honest. I believe in the power of art to bring people together and to remind us all that we’re not alone in our experiences. That’s what truly drives me over all else.

As I look toward what’s next, I’m eager to dive into new adventures in theatre, film, dancing, modeling, and wherever I feel I can make a difference and connect (and maybe have a little fun on the way). Whether it’s stepping into a character’s shoes, letting it all out on the dance floor, or helping to craft a story from behind the scenes, I’m ready to pour my heart into work that inspires and uplifts all.
